They say every orchard has its spirit, ‘The Apple Tree Man’ who lives in the oldest tree.

Come harvest’s end, the last apple is his. Leave it hanging, and the cider will flow sweet next year.

We like to think he’s smiling on this one.

🌿 Hand-pick our apples at peak ripeness
🍎 Hand wash each apple (twice)
🙏Press them fresh for pure flavour
🍾 Bottle with love, care, and a whole lot of patience

It’s a family effort each weekend in September and October.

Every sip is small-batch, handcrafted, and packed with the taste of real cider tradition ❤️🐷

Because good cider isn’t made fast. It’s made with love. 🍻

Pig Snout apples are a rare heirloom variety, they were first recorded by author Robert Hogg in 1884.
They are aromatic and sweet and perfect for making cider.
The ‘Pig Snout’ name refers to the flattened crown of the apple which inspired us to name our cider after.
